Be sure to bring completed and signed Medical Release Forms for each person (this includes advisors, chaperones, and coaches) to the registration table at camp. Do not send Medical Release Forms to the office (unless you are conducting a private camp, at which you will bring a copy to camp as well).

Dance attire (t-shirts, shorts, and tennis/dance shoes). Most teams wear matching outfits. This is NOT required, but it is a good way to identify you as a group. Whenever possible, please mark all belongings by name, school name and address.

Rain Gear. You may change classes in the rain, so please bring a raincoat and umbrella.

Uniforms may be worn during evaluation if desired, but are not required.

Please leave valuables at home (rings, jewelry, etc.). UDA is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Music for optional Home Routine Evaluation (CD and/or cassette). Please bring a cassette backup. You may also bring a CD player to practice camp routines.

Please bring a notebook and pen to take class notes.

An alarm clock (for resident camps only).

A camera. Please bring at least one disposable camera per team to camp.

Some outside practice areas do not have water fountains. Your team should bring a small water jug to camp.

Most camps have First-Aid personnel on duty; however, we suggest that each team bring sunscreen, lip balm, ace bandages, or tape and what you normally take for muscle soreness and headaches (Tylenol, aspirin, etc.).

Bed linens (sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels) for resident camps only.

Spending money (optional). Most participants bring approximately $40 - $45 for snacks, soft drinks, t-shirts, souvenirs, etc.

Meals are only provided at resident camps and some resort camps. Please read your information sheet for more details.
Meals are not provided for commuters.
