Wondering what UDA "Cra-Z-Day" is all about? Check out this fun, NEW activity created for you and your team to bond and let loose at UDA Summer Camp! !

When Is Cra-Z-Day? Depending on the camp type, Cra-Z-Day will typically take place on the afternoon of Day 3 - - refer to the camp schedule which you will receive on Day 1.

What To Bring: At least ONE team camera to kick-off the dance party afternoon! Teams will take pictures with the incredible UDA Staff and other teams present at camp.

Cra-Z-Day Activities: Each team will have the opportunity to create and showcase a Team Rap - under 1 1/2 minutes in length. Further Instructions on how to create your rap will be given by the UDA Staff on the first night of camp.

Rap Themes: Start thinking of a theme for your rap prior to camp! UDA is looking for your team to show their school spirit! Teams will create a "back-beat" for their rap, choreograph a few simple dance moves to enhance the beat, and add vocals to introduce their team - - school name, hometown, mascot, school colors, etc. It's all about originality! While at camp, teams will have time on their own to create and practice their rap. Then, during the Team Rap Showcase, each team will perform their original creation!

Rap Accessories: Can your team accessorize during Cra-Z-Day? Absolutely, but it is optional! Feel free to bring accessories from home to support your rap theme. Dance shoes or sneakers must be worn! All accessories should be 'G-rated' please! Here are a few ideas that are simple and inexpensive: Hats, scarves, hair accessories, simple costume jewelry, novelty socks, t-shirts in your school colors, etc. Remember, a little goes a long way!
